Our Services
When completing our solar cleaning, we use the latest equipment such as multistage water filtration, complete with carbon fibre poles for electrical safety, and advanced rotary brushes*, capable of cleaning many times quicker than a manual hand clean.
Whilst performing our hard surface cleaning, the equipment we have is hot water capable, and can clean with pressures over 3000 PSI if needed.
Most equipment is fully portable and can be easily repositioned on your site using our crane equipped vehicle, then rolling into the preferred work position.
Our property maintenance division, Extra Hand Property Maintenance, offer a premium property maintenance service. Using fully mobile and fully equipped service vehicles, complete with their own onboard 240-volt power supply, consequently we can turn our hand to many trades associated with the building trade.
All groups share equipment and vehicles, so the overall service offering, and capability, is extensive.

Environmental & Warranty
Our method is CHEMICAL FREE in respect to solar panel cleaning. With the use of onboard water filtration, we reduce dissolved solids and other contaminants such as chlorine and salts to less than 1 part per million. The combination of filtered water and chemical free cleaning provides a mirror-like finish, this method is preferred by many solar panel manufacturers to ensure consumer product and performance warranties are not voided or effected.
Faults With Your System
We can perform a limited physical inspection of your solar installation, reporting to you any faults and damage observed, often with the latest aerial imagery. This report could include cracked and damaged solar cells, hot spots, damaged or loose connections and mountings. With anything we find, we have the contacts to rectify and offer advice on a solution. A physical inspection such as this does not require the services of an electrician or installer, further reducing your maintenance spend*
