Extra Hand Solar Clean has a sister company, Extra Hand Property Maintenance, performing work aligned with handyman type services, but to a much higher level of quality and expertise.

Extra Hand Property Maintenance, a division of Extra Hand Group, have been established in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney for some years. We continue service a wide range of customers including Strata, Real Estate Managers, and the public. We are fully registered as NSW Government Contractors, and naturally, fully licenced and insured to perform this work.

We aim to fill the void left by the specific trades who are not able to tackle the smaller work being busy for months on larger projects.

We use skills trained for and gained in many trades such as Carpentry, Plastering, Painting, Metalwork, Tiling, Locksmithing, Plumbing. We must have these skills to be able to be able to complete the large variety of jobs expected of us.
